What a useful appointment feels like
A good massage session is specific enough to address why you booked, but flexible enough to change when your body responds differently than expected. Tell your therapist what feels tight, what pressure you generally prefer, what you want to avoid, and whether your priority is relaxation or more focused work. You should be able to ask for less pressure, more pressure, a different position, or more time on a particular area.
Elleworx’s existing service menu offers multiple session lengths. New clients are currently shown 60, 75, 90, and 120-minute therapeutic massage options, which gives enough range to choose between a focused appointment and a slower full-body session.
